Martha Brown, M.D.

Dr. Martha Brown was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. She holds both bachelors and master’s degrees in Foreign Language Education from Kansas State College. After teaching French and Spanish in Oklahoma high schools for four years, she realized that her heart was really in the field of medicine.

She earned her medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She then completed a 3-year pediatric residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, The Texas Medical Association, and the Lamar County Medical Association.

Dr. Brown lives in Paris with her husband. Their son currently serves in the U.S. Air Force. She enjoys working in her yard during her free time. She also enjoys travel and catching the latest movies.
